摘要

长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)广泛表达于生物体细胞中,是一类长度大于200 nt且无蛋白质编码功能的RNA。它调控多种疾病的发生发展,主要表现为肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭和转移等方面。近年来,lncRNA与肾癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)的关系越来越受重视,随着lncRNA在RCC中的作用机制逐步揭开,为RCC的早期诊断、评估预后及研发新型靶向药物开辟了新思路。

Abstract

Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is widely expressed in living cells and is a type of RNA with a length greater than 200 nt and no protein coding function. It regulates the development of a variety of diseases, mainly in the proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. In recent years, the relationship between lncRNA and renal cell carcinoma has been paid more and more attention. With the gradual uncovering of the mechanism of lncRNA in renal cell carcinoma, new ideas for early diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, and development of new targeted drugs for renal cell carcinoma have been opened.
