miR-34在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要
MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类高度保守的非编码调控的小分子单链RNA,控制多种人类必需基因的表达,参与各种信号通路,并在一些生物体内发挥重要的生物学作用。MiR-34作为特异性miRNA,在人类多种癌症中表达失调,与肿瘤抑制因子p53具有协同作用,在抑制肿瘤发生发展中起重要作用。近年来,miR-34在肿瘤中的作用日益受到关注,有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

Abstract
MicroRNA (miRNA) is a highly conserved single-stranded small non-coding RNA which controls the expression of many essential human genes, participates in a variety of signaling pathways, and plays an important biological role in some organisms. MiR-34, as a specific miRNA, is dysregulated in a variety of human cancers. Because of its synergistic effect with tumor suppressor p53, miR-34 plays an important role in inhibiting tumorigenesis and development. In recent years, the role of miR-34 in tumor has been paid more and more attention, and it is expected to become a new target of tumor therapy.
