摘要
恶性实体肿瘤,如前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、甲状腺癌和肾癌易于转移到骨,骨转移的发生严重影响患者的总生存率和生存质量。骨的微环境为癌细胞的黏附、定植和增殖营造了适宜的环境,骨微环境的变化可以为多种恶性肿瘤定向转移到骨创造条件。与骨微环境相关的许多生物因子在恶性肿瘤骨转移中发挥重要作用。

Abstract
Malignant solid tumors, such as prostate, breast, lung, thyroid, renal carcinoma, are tend to metastasize to bone. It seriously affects the overall survival rate and quality of life of the patients. Bone microenvironment provides an appropriate environment for the adhesion, colonization and proliferation of cancer cells. Changes in bone microenvironment can create conditions for the directional metastasis of various malignant tumors to bone. In recent years, many studies have proved that many biological factors related to bone microenvironment play an important role in bone metastasis of malignant tumors.
