摘要
强心苷类药物(cardiac glycosides,CGs),是一类Na+/K+ ATP酶抑制药,主要包括地高辛、洋地黄毒苷和哇巴因等,目前被广泛应用于临床心力衰竭和心律失常的治疗。越来越多的研究发现CGs除了具有离子泵功能外,还具有信号转导功能,参与细胞的增殖、凋亡等过程。近年来,CGs被发现有很好的肿瘤抑制作用,且与现有的多种化学药物结合能提高癌症的治疗效果。CGs能够通过诱导自噬起到对乳腺癌及肺癌等恶性肿瘤的抗癌作用。

Abstract
Cardiac glycosides (CGs) are a class of Na+/K+ ATPase inhibitors, mainly including digoxin, digitoxin and ouabain. Currently, they are widely used in the treatment of heart failure and arrhythmia. More and more studies have found that besides the function of ion pump, CGs also have signal transduction functions, which are involved in cell proliferation and apoptosis. In recent years, CGs have been found to have a good tumor suppressing effect, and CGs in combination with various existing chemical drugs can improve the therapeutic effect of cancer. A large number of studies have confirmed that CGs can strengthen in anticancer effects on malignant tumors such as breast cancer and lung cancer.
