手术联合复方富硒当归淫羊藿合剂对精液质量的影响

摘要
目的：观察手术联合富硒当归淫羊藿合剂治疗精索静脉曲张(varicocele，VC)性不育的临床疗效，探讨手术联合富硒中药制剂治疗男科疾病的有效方法。方法：将98例VC性不育患者随机分为手术组、手术富硒中药组，每组49例，手术组行精索静脉高位结扎术治疗，手术富硒中药组行手术联合富硒当归淫羊藿合剂治疗，比较两组治疗后精液质量、血清生殖激素水平及配偶受孕情况。 结果：治疗后6个月，手术富硒中药组精液质量明显高于手术组；手术富硒中药组血清卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone，FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone，LH)水平明显低于手术组，血清雄激素(testosterone，T)水平明显高于手术组；手术富硒组中药组配偶自然怀孕率显著高于手术组。结论：手术联合复方富硒当归淫羊藿合剂治疗VC性不孕，能有效提高精液质量，改善血清生殖激素水平，提高自然受孕率。

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of operation combined with se-rich Chinese Angelica and Herba Epimedium mixture in the treatment of varicocele (VC) infertility and explore the effective method of operation combined with se-rich Chinese Angelica and Herba Epimedium mixture in the treatment of andrology. Methods: A total of 98 patients with VC infertility were randomly divided into a operation group and a operation with traditional Chinese medicine group (49 cases of each). The surgical group underwent high ligation of spermatic vein surgery treatment, and the operation with traditional Chinese medicine group underwent surgery combined with selenium enriched angelica and Herba Epimedium treatment, and compared the situation of pregnancy and reproductive hormone levels and semen quality and serum of spouse between the two groups. Results: After 6-month treatment, the semen quality of the operation with traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than those in the operation group; the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) of the operation with traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than that in the operation group, and the level of testosterone (T) was higher than that in the operation group. The natural pregnancy rate of the operation with traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the operation group. Conclusion: Operation combined with se-rich Chinese Angelica and Herba Epimedium mixture can improve semen quality and serum reproductive hormone level and increase natural pregnancy rate in the treatment of VC infertility.
