米诺地尔酊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃疗效评价及对血清TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-12的影响

摘要
目的：评价米诺地尔酊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃疗效及对血清TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-12的影响。方法：回顾性选取2011年5月至2014年1月我院收治的斑秃患者共658例，运用随机数表法选取给予米诺地尔酊联合复方甘草酸苷片(55例)作为研究组和同期单纯给予复方酸草苷片作为对照组(55例)，每组患者均持续给予治疗3个月，治疗前后观察两组疗效、SALT评分及血清TNF-α、TGF-β1、IL-12的水平。结果：治疗后对照组总有效率显著低于研究组，两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.565，P=0.000)；治疗后两组SALT评分均明显降低(P=0.000)，但研究组明显低于对照组，差异有显著性(P=0.000)；治疗后对照组TNF-α、TGF-β1水平明显高于研究组，IL-12水平明显低于研究组，差异有显著性(P=0.035、0.006、0.000)；组内比较，治疗后两组TNF-α和IL-12水平均明显降低，TGF-β1水平明显升高，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率差异无显著性。结论：米诺地尔酊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃安全有效，可以调节斑秃患者血清细胞因子，改善毛发生长情况，值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate therapeutic effect of minoxidil tincture of joint compound glycyrrhizic on alopecia areata and the influence on the serum TNF-α, TGF-β1 and IL-12. Methods: A total of 658 cases with alopecia areata were selected from May 2011 to January 2014 for retrospective study, and randomly divided into research group (55 cases) and control group (55 cases) using the random number table method. The research group was given minoxidil tincture joint compound glycyrrhizin, and the control group was given compound glycyrrhizin tablets, being treated for 3 months. Observe the SALT score before and after treatment serum TNF-α TGF-β1 and IL-2 levels were observed, the curative effect were evaluated. Results: After treatment the total effective rate of control group was significantly lower than the research group, the differences between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=8.565, P=8.565). The SALT score of two groups were significantly lower after treatment (P=0.000), but the score of the research group were obviously lower than the control group (P=0.000). After treatment the level of TNF-α and TGF-β1 of control group was significantly higher than the research group, and the level of TGF-β1 was significantly lower than the research group (P=0.035, 0.006, 0.000); The levels of TNF-α and IL-12 of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower, and the level of TGF-β1 increased significantly (P<0.05); There were no significant difference in the adverse reaction of two groups. Conclusion: The minoxidil tincture of joint compound glycyrrhizic on treating alopecia areata is safe and effective, the serum levels of cytokines of the patients, improves hair growth and is worth clinical promotion.
