Objective: To investigate the nursing points after the stage hybrid operation of complex Stanford type B aortic dissection. Methods: Conducted preoperative psychological counseling, actively controlled the blood pressure and pain, and avoided the factors increasing intra-abdominal pressure. Observed the possible complications between kidney autotransplantation and endovascular exclusion after the surgery, and strengthened nutritional support. Results: Patients went through perioperation period safely when cured through these measures. Conclusion: Discuss difficult complex cases in advance, clear nursing difficulties, key points and countermeasures, nip in the bud. The positive and effective postoperative symptomatic care is the effective way to guarantee the patients through perioperative period safely.
