护士职业生涯规划与二孩生育意愿的相关性

摘要

目的:探求护士职业生涯规划与二孩生育意愿之间的关系,为促进护士职业生涯管理的完善提供依据。方法:在现有生育意愿研究的基础上,采用专家小组讨论法,形成二孩生育意愿调查初始问卷,对50名临床护士进行预调查,调整条目设置,形成正式问卷。采用职业生涯规划量表及二孩生育意愿问卷,对天津市某三级甲等综合医院的临床护士开展调查。结果:正式二孩生育意愿问卷包括1个维度5个条目,问卷的重测信度Cronbach’s α系数为0.914。发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷256份。职业生涯规划得分37.60±8.00,生育意愿得分10.98±2.93;不同年龄、职称、工作时长、继续教育、家庭帮助状况、家庭月收入和家庭类型的护士二孩生育意愿平均分有统计学差异(P<0.05);多元回归分析结果显示:职业生涯规划中确立职业目标及策略、继续学习、注重关系3个维度与二孩生育意愿相关,解释总变异的52.2%。结论:护士职业生涯规划尚需加强,二孩生育意愿影响因素多样,职业生涯规划与二孩生育意愿关系密切。针对当前生育国策,建议医院通过加强对护士职业生涯的管理,完善护士生育保障体系,进一步促进护理队伍建设。

Relationship between nursing professional career planning and the second child fertility intentions

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the relationship between nursing professional career plan and the second child fertility intentions. Methods: Based on relevant existed researches, we convened a seminar of the experts to design a questionnaire of fertility intentions of second child. We invited 50 clinical nurses to carry on the pre-survey, according to the result we adjusted the item sets, then formed the formal questionnaire. A total of 300 nursing were recruited from a hospital in Tianjin. The fertility intentions of second child and career planning were investigated. Results: The formal second child fertility intension questionnaire include 5 items, and the questionnaire has good internal reliability with the Cronbach’s Alpha is 0.914. The mean score for nursing professional career plan was 37.60±8.00, and the fertility intentions mean score was 10.98±2.93. People with different ages, titles, work hours, educations, and family situations have different fertility intentions (P<0.05). Multiple liner regression analysis showed that the three dimensions in career planning questionnaires, including establishing career goals and strategies, continuing to learn and paying attention to the relationship, were major factors affecting fertility intention, which explained 52.2% of the total variance. Conclusion: The relationship between nursing professional career planning and the second child fertility intentions are close. As to perspective of national policy, we supposed hospital managers attach importance to nursing professional career planning, enhance management system, so as to enhance the quality of nursing service and the overall improvement of nursing team.
