Abstract
Objective: To explore and analysis the application value of the minimally invasive posterior approach internal fixation technique in patients with scapular fracture. Methods: From April 2010 to June 2015, randomly selected 42 patients with scapular fracture who were treated in our hospital, and randomly divided into two groups, 21 cases in observation group were treated with minimally invasive into the posterior internal fixation, 21 cases in control group were treated with choice Judet posterior internal fixation. After treatment, the postoperative constant score, postoperative adverse reaction, intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, incision length were analyzed and compared. Results: Compared with observation group, the incision length, bleeding volume and operation time in control group were apparently better, the data between the groups were statistically significance (P<0.05); after treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was 95.24%, and in control group was 71.43%, the efficiency between the two groups was statistically significance (P<0.05); the adverse reaction rate in observation group was 0.00%, and in control group was 38.10%, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with scapular fracture, the minimally invasive approach treatment with small trauma, simple operation, quick recovery, less adverse reactions, and it is worth promoting.
