摘要

一氧化氮化疗增敏是当前研究的热点,其机制包括调节NO/sGC/cGMP轴为中心的经典信号通路;调节NF-κB/Snail/YY1/RKIP/PTEN促肿瘤生长/抗凋亡环路;调节HIF-1α、干扰素(IFN-γ)免疫细胞因子水平;调节P53表达水平;介导释放细胞色素C;与其它分子反应产物结合等多种途径产生化疗增敏效应。阐明一氧化氮对肿瘤细胞化疗增敏机制,寻找关键靶点,进行多途径、多环节的联合干预,有望突破目前肿瘤化疗耐药的瓶颈。

Abstract

Chemosensitization of nitric oxide is a hotspot in current research. The mechanisms included modulating classical signaling pathway surrounding NO/sGC/cGMP axis, regulating NF-κB/Snail/YY1/RKIP/PTEN tumor-promoting/anti-apoptotic loop, regulating the expression level of HIF-1α, interferon (IFN-γ) and P53, and also mediating releasing of cytochrome C and combining with the reaction product of other molecule. To elucidate the chemosensitivity mechanism of nitric oxide on tumor cells and find out the key target and carry out intervention therapy combined with multiple paths and sections. It is expected to help break through the bottleneck of chemo resistance by carrying out combined intervention with multi-way and multi-link.
