复方灵芝健肾汤对糖尿病早期肾病患者疗效及对肾功能、炎症因子的影响

摘要
目的：研究复方灵芝健肾汤对糖尿病早期肾病患者疗效及对肾功能、炎症因子的影响。方法：选取我院在2014年6月到2015年6月期间接受治疗的糖尿病早期肾病患者93例，按照随机数表法随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组为47例患者，实验组46例患者。对照组患者给予常规治疗，实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加服复方灵芝健肾汤。治疗3个月后，观察两组的尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、尿白蛋白分泌率(urinary albumin excretion rate，UAER)数据，观察两组血清淀粉样蛋白(Serum amyloid A，SAA)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果：两组患者临床疗效的比较(以总有效为例)分别为91%、74%。即两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后肾功能中的Scr得分分别为53.45±11.38、66.49±12.89，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，实验组Scr、β2-MG、UAER、SAA、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)，而BUN、Ccr两组治疗后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论：复方灵芝健肾汤对糖尿病早期肾病患者疗效确切，且能显著抑制肾脏炎症性损伤，利于保护肾功能，有推广价值。

Efficacy of Compound Lingzhi Jianshen soup on patients with diabetic nephropathy and their influence on renal function and inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of Compound Lingzhi Jianshen soup on early diabetic nephropathy and their influence on renal function and inflammatory factors. Methods: 93 cases of early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected. Control group and experimental group were divided randomly according to the random number tables, 47 patients in the control group, and 46 patients in the experimental group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the experimental group plus Compound Lingzhi Jianshen soup based on the conventional soup. After 3 months of treatment, observed the data of BUN, Ccr, UAER and the level of SAA, IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP. Results: The difference of clinical efficacy (based on the total efficacy) in the two groups, respectively 91% and 74%, was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared the Scr of renal function before and after the treatment (53.45±11.38 and 66.49±12.89, respectively), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the level of Scr, β2-MG, UAER, SAA, IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP in the experiment group showed better improvement than that in the control group (P<0.05); but there is no significant difference in the level of BUN and Ccr (P>0.05). Conclusion: Compound Lingzhi Jianshen soup has positive effect on early diabetic nephropathy and can significantly inhibit the inflammatory injury of the kidney; it can be used to protect the kidney function and be value of promotion.
