结果:他汀组治疗后的总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平显著降低(P<0.05),三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和脂蛋白a[lipoprotein (a),Lp(a)]水平治疗前后无显著变化(P>0.05);丁苯酞+他汀组治疗后的TG、TC、LDL水平显著降低(P<0.05),HDL、Lp(a)水平无显著变化(P>0.05);丁苯酞+他汀组TG、TC、LDL水平降低的幅度显著高于他汀组(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀短期治疗可显著改善高龄老年脑梗死患者的TG、TC、LDL水平,而对HDL、Lp(a)水平无显著影响。

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the short-term effect of butylphthalide joint atorvastatin treatment on blood lipid levels of very elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: The clinical data of 200 cerebral infarction patients (≥80 years old) undergoing drug therapies systematically were reviewed. Ninety eight cases in the statins group were treated with atorvastatin and antiplatelet drugs, 102 cases in the butylphthalide plus statins group were administrated by butylphthalide plus atorvastatin and antiplatelet drugs. The level of lipid biochemical parameters of each case pre- and post-treatment in above 2 groups was assayed. The short-term efficacy of butylphthalide plus atorvastatin on improving blood lipid levels of elderly with ischemic stroke was evaluated. Results: After 1 week systematic medication therapy, the levels of total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) in statins group decreased markedly (P<0.05), while the levels of triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and lipoprotein (a) [Lp(a)] in this group had no significant change (P>0.05). For butylphthalide plus statins group, the levels of TG, TC and LDL had been decreased significantly (P<0.05), both HDL and Lp(a) had no significant difference compared with those of pre-treatment (P>0.05). Furthermore, the decrease extents of TG, TC and LDL in butylphthalide plus statins group were more significantly than those in statins group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Short-term therapy by butylphthalide plus atorvastatin can significantly improve the levels of TG, TC and LDL of very elderly patients with cerebral infarction, but no effect on HDL and Lp(a) levels.
