国产与合资尼群地平片治疗原发性高血压的疗效对比研究

摘要
目的：评价国产与合资尼群地平片治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法：将70例高血压患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例，实验组给予国产尼群地平片，10 mg，口服，1天1次(qd)；对照组给予合资尼群地平片，10 mg，口服，1天1次(qd)，2组疗程均为4周。结果：治疗疗程结束后，实验组和对照组总治疗有效率各为94.3%和91.4%，疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：国产与合资尼群地平片的临床疗效相似。

A comparative study on therapeutical effects of essential hypertension between homemade and imported nitrendipine

Abstract
Objective: Evaluate the therapeutical effects of the homemade and joint venture nitrendipine in cure the essential hypertension. Methods: A total of 70 hypertension patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was dosed with homemade nitrendipine, 10 mg, Po, 1/day, and the control group was dosed with joint venture nitrendipine 10 mg, Po, 1/day. Both of their treatment periods were 4 weeks. Results: After the period of treatment, the total effective of experimental and control group’s rates were 91.4% and 94.3%, respectively. There was no significant difference in efficacy (P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutical effects of the homemade and joint venture nitrendipine for essential hypertension are similar.
