Objective: To study the clinical effects of preventive care mode in the perioperative of patients with hepatitis B virus infection. Methods: A total of 146 cases of hepatitis B virus infection surgical patients in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, each group contained 73 cases. The control group were only given perioperative conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group were given preventive care mode. The perioperative clinical antiviral treatment compliance, postoperative quality of life and the quality of operating room disinfection in these two groups were compared respectively, and the clinical application value of preventive care mode was analyzed. Results: The clinical treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly better than in the control group (P<0.05), and the physical health, mental health, sleep quality and social functions, such as quality of life score were all significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The prevention cognitive scores and protection quality score of observer group were higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of preventive care mode in perioperative of patients with hepatitis B virus infection can well improve the patients’ states and clinical compliance.
