摘要

目的:探讨可溶性白细胞分化抗原40配体(soluble cluster of differentiation 40 ligand,sCD40L)在冠状动脉慢血流中的作用及其与黏附分子的相关性。方法:ELISA分析80例冠状动脉慢血流患者和20例正常对照者血清中sCD40L以及黏附因子ICAM-1、VCAM-1的水平,并分析其相关性。结果:冠脉慢血流患者血清sCD40L、ICAM-1和VCAM-1均明显高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(均为P<0.01)。相关分析显示血清中sCD40L的水平与黏附分子VCAM-1和ICAM-1的水平均具有正相关性。结论:sCD40L可能通过促进黏附分子的表达参与冠状动脉慢血流的发生发展。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the role of soluble cluster of differentiation 40 ligand (sCD40L) in slow coronary flow, and its correlation with adhesion molecules. Methods: The serum levels of sCD40L and related adhesion molecules: ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in 80 patients with slow coronary flow and 20 normal subjects were analyzed. Results: The serum levels of sCD40L, VCAM-1 and ICAM-1were significantly higher in patients with slow coronary flow than those in normal group respectively (P<0.01, respectively). Correlation analysis showed that the sCD40L level was positively associated with the expression levels of VCAM-1 and ICAM-1, respectively. Conclusion: sCD40L may participate in the development of slow coronary flow by improving the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.
