摘要
目的:研究以问题为导向健康教育对剖宫产妇女情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2013年12月至2014年12月80例剖宫产妇女按随机数表法随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规健康教育,按照剖宫产治疗护理常规要求给予患者相关知识教育和护理;观察组采用以问题为导向健康教育模式进行干预。除患者住院期间进行健康教育外出院6个月内每月回访观察1次,及时调整教案。出院6个月后回访观察患者的治疗依从性和积极性、健康指数、生活满意度、情感得分、情绪状况等指标。结果:观察组患者的治疗依从性和积极性明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者健康指数、生活满意度、情感得分、情绪状况等指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的情绪状况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用PBL教育模式,激发了患者对疾病相关知识学习的主观能动性,减少了负面情绪的产生提高了生活质量。

Abstract
Objective: To study the influence of cesarean delivery women’s mood and quality life by the problem oriented health education. Methods: 80 cases of plane palace women were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, which including 40 cases in each of group. Control group using conventional health education, nursing routine asked for patients treated in plane palace knowledge education and care; observation group adopts the model of problem oriented health education intervention. Results: By means of plane place of women’s education during the hospitalization and every month’s return visit of the patients with 6 months of discharge, observing the patients’ metrics from treatment adherence and initiative, the healthy index, life satisfaction, emotional score. The treatment adherence and enthusiasm of the observation group patients is superior to control group, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05); Observation group of patients health indices, life satisfaction and emotional score was better than control group, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05); Observe the emotional state of patients was superior to that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Using PBL education mode could stimulate the subjective initiative of patients to disease related knowledge learning and reduce the generation of negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
