戊酸雌二醇片联合宫颈注射利多卡因用于绝经后妇女取环的 临床效果评价

摘要
目的:探讨戊酸雌二醇片(补佳乐)联合宫颈注射利多卡因用于绝经后妇女取环的临床效果。 方法:将2012年01月~2014年05月在江阴市人民医院妇科计划生育门诊就诊的300例绝经后妇女随 机分为3组,每组各100例,A组:采用口服补佳乐2 mg/d,连续口服7 d后取环;B组:采用绝经后 妇女术前宫颈注射2%利多卡因后取环;C组:采用口服补佳乐2 mg/d,连续口服7 d,联合术前宫 颈注射2%利多卡因后取环。比较3组的宫颈软化程度、手术疼痛度、手术时间、术中出血量、取 环效果。结果:C组宫颈软化程度优于另两组,手术时间短于另两组,疼痛程度低于另两组,术中 出血量少于另两组,无取环困难及取环失败,差异比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),并且,无严 重并发症发生。结论:补佳乐联合宫颈注射利多卡因有利于绝经后妇女宫颈软化,减轻绝经后妇 女的疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Combined clinical effect observation of progynova and cervical injection of lidocaine to intrauterine device removal in postmenopausal women

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the combined clinical effect of progynova and cervical injection of lidocaine in postmenopausal women. Methods: A total of 300 postmenopausal women from Jan 2012 to May 2014 in family planning clinic were divided into three groups randomly, 100 patients each group, group A was given oral progynova 2 mg for 7 days prior to surgery; group B was given cervical injection of 2% lidocaine prior to surgery; group C was given oral progynova 2 mg for 7 days combined with cervical injection of 2% lidocaine prior to surgery. Compared of three groups with cervical relaxation, cervical elasticity, operation pain, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, IUD removal difficulty, and failure rate. Results: Group C, the degree of cervical relaxation and cervical elasticity is better than the other two groups, operation time is shorter than the other two groups, the degree of pain is lower than the other two groups, the amount of bleeding is less than the other two groups, no removal difficulties and failure, was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Progynova combined with cervical injection of lidocaine is beneficial to postmenopausal women cervical relaxation, relieve pain in postmenopausal women, is worthy of clinical application.
