摘要
基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)是近年来开始应用于临床微生物检验领域的一种新技术。本文将 系统综述MALDI-TOF MS技术的检测原理及特点,在临床微生物鉴定、细菌分型、同源性分析 和细菌耐药检测中的应用。MALDI-TOF MS技术的采用不仅明显缩短了临床微生物检验的TAT时 间,更好地服务于感染性疾病的诊断与抗菌药物合理使用,同时也为临床微生物检验的自动化打 下了基础。

Abstract
Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) recently moved into clinical diagnostic microbiology laboratory. This review summarized the detection principle and characteristics of MALDI-TOF MS technology, in addition to its application in clinical microbiology identification, bacterial typing, identity analysis and drug resistance. Using MALDI-TOF MS technology not only significantly reduced the turnaround time in clinical microbiological analysis, improved the diagnosis of infectious diseases and rationalized the use antimicrobial drugs, but also laied the foundation for the automation of clinical microbiology laboratory.
