摘要

肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)是成人最常见的肾脏肿瘤,然而预后很不乐观。许多研究表 明炎症反应与包括肾癌在内的多种肿瘤的发生发展有关。趋化因子(chemokines)是一类具有趋化作 用的小分子分泌型蛋白质,最初被认为是介导炎症反应的介质,通过趋化白细胞的定向移动参与 免疫应答。然而,许多证据表明其与肿瘤的生长、血管生成、侵袭和转移等过程密切相关,其中 CXCR2、CXCR3、CXCR4等在肾细胞癌的发生发展中起着非常重要的作用。现综述趋化因子及其 受体在肾细胞癌发生发展中的研究进展,旨在进一步了解趋化因子所介导的肾细胞癌的生长、血 管生成、侵袭和转移等过程的机制,从而为肾细胞癌患者提供新的治疗策略。

Abstract

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common kidney cancer with a quite poor prognosis in adults. Accumulating studies indicated that inflammation is involved in tumorgenesis and development of various human cancers including renal cancer. Chemokines, originally identified as mediators of inflammation, are a group of small molecular secreted proteins which have chemotactic effect. Chemokines play their role in immune response process through attracting leukocyte moving directionally. However, a lot of evidences suggest that chemokines are closely related to tumor growth, angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis. Moreover, chemokine receptors such as CXCR2, CXCR3 and CXCR4 play very important role in the progression of RCC. We now review the research progress of chemokines and chemokine receptors in renal cell carcinoma progression, for further understanding of the mechanisms in its growth, angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis mediated by chemokines. And ultimately provide new therapeutic strategies for RCC patients.
