FBXW7在结直肠癌中的研究进展

摘要
泛素蛋白酶体系统(ubiquitin-proteasome system，UPS)是真核细胞内降解蛋白的重要体系，它的异 常表达与多种肿瘤的发生、发展及预后密切相关。F-box家族蛋白是泛素蛋白酶体系统的重要组成 部分，FBXW7是F-box家族蛋白中研究较多的成员之一。近年来的研究发现，FBXW7基因的异常表 达与恶性肿瘤密切相关。结直肠癌(colorectal cancer，CRC)是世界第三位最常见的恶性肿瘤之一， 且近年来发病率有逐年增高的趋势。本文就FBXW7在CRC中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract
The ubiquitin proteasome system (UPS) is important in eukaryotic for protein degradation, whose dysregulation is associated with the occurrence and development as well as prognosis of tumors. F-box family proteins play a pivotal role in UPS. FBXW7 is one of the most characterized proteins in F-box family. According to the recent study, the abnormal expression of FBXW7 is closely related to malignant tumor. Colorectal cancer is the third most common malignant tumor in the world, and its incidence has a tendency to increase year by year. This article summarized the advanced research of FBXW7 in colorectal cancer.
