摘要
目的：分析Narcotrend与脑电双频指数在全身麻醉中的临床应用价值。方法：选择126例患者，分 为对照组(CK组)、Narcotrend指数调控麻醉组(Narcotrend index，NI组)与脑电双频指数调控麻醉 组(bispectral index，BIS组)，分析患者麻醉效果及术中、术后生命体征。结果：NI组或BIS组可以 避免患者心率过快和平均动脉压过高，有效减少麻醉药物用量。BIS组对于缩短苏醒时间、降低术 中知晓率最为有效，而NI组对于缩短拔管时间最为有效。结论：NI或BIS组在临床上有利于患者健 康及术后恢复，推荐在全身麻醉手术中使用。

Abstract
Objective: Determine the applicability of Narcotrend index (NI) and bispectral index (BIS) on general anaesthesia. Methods: A total of 126 patients under general anaesthesia operation were studied after classified into three groups, i.e., group CK, group NI, and group BIS. The vital signs of patients were monitored during and after the anaesthesia operation. Results: The heart rate, mean arterial pressure, and anaesthesia dosage were controlled by in NI or BIS treatment. The awakening time and awareness rate were reduced in BIS treatment; while the extubation time was shortened in NI treatment. Conclusion: Recovery of patients benefits from controlled anaesthesia with NI and BIS, thus is recommended for general anaesthesia operation.
