不同检测方法检测梅毒螺旋抗体的效果比较分析

摘要
目的:比较TP-CL IA、TP-E L I S A 和TPPA三种检测方法检测梅毒螺旋抗体的效果差异。 方法:2012年1月至2014年1月期间我院门诊共收集到窗口期疑似病人180例分别用化学发光法 (TP-Chemiluminescence immunoasy,TP-CLIA)、酶联免疫吸附试验(TP-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,TP-ELISA)和梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝聚试验(TPPA)三种方法检测血清样本,比较三种检测 方法的敏感性、特异性。结果:TP-CLIA法灵敏度为99.4%,特异性为100.0%;TP-ELISA法灵敏度 97.8%,特异性95.7%;TPPA法灵敏度97.2%,特异性97.5%。结论:TP-CLlA法作为新开发的梅毒抗 体检测方法,可作为梅毒的确诊实验,TP-ELISA法和TPPA法可作为TP-CLlA法的补充。

Abstract
Objective: To compare the test performance of syphilis antibody in the specimen serum with the TP-CLIA, TP-ELISA and TPPA methods. Methods: A total of 180 cases of suspected patients during the window period were collected from January 2012 to January 2014. The serum samples were detected using the method of chemiluminescence (TP-CLIA), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (TP-ELISA) and treponema pallidum gelatin particle coagulation test (TPPA), respectively. The data of sensitivity and specificity of three methods were collected and compared. Results: The data of the sensitivity of TP-CLIA method was 99.4%, the data of the specificity was 100.0%; the data of the sensitivity of TP-ELISA method was 97.8%, the data of the specificity was 97.8%; the data of the sensitivity of the TPPA method was 97.2%, the data of the specificity was 97.5%. Conclusion: TP-CLlA method as a new development of syphilis antibody can be used for diagnosis of syphilis experiments. TP-ELISA and TPPA method can be used to supplement the TP-CLlA method.
