Abstract
Objective: Study soluble human leukocyte antigen G (sHLA G) plasma levels in patients with severe preeclampsia, explore sHLA G-in early-onset and late onset severe preeclampsia patients plasma the differences of the expression. Methods: Selection of the clinical characteristics of six EOSP cases and eighteen LOSP cases in Nanjing first hospital during July 2013 to April 2014. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect sHLA-G level of three groups in the serum. And compare the difference of the results among three groups. Results: 1) There are statistical differences in onset gestational weeks, delivery gestational weeks, days of expectation treatment between early-onset severe preeclampsia (EOSP) and late-onset severe preeclampsia (LOSP) (P<0.05). But no differences were detected in ages and pre-pregnant BMI (P>0.05); 2) there are statistical differences in onset of blood pressure (systolic and diastolic blood pressure) between EOSP and LOSP (P<0.05); 3) the level of sHLA-G was 4.284±1.932, 7.036±1.623 and 10.399±3.168 ng/mL in EOSP group, LOSP group and control group respectively. The sHLA-G level was lower in severe preeclampsia group than that in control group, and also lower in EOSP group than that in LOSP group.
