内质网膜蛋白Derlin家族与肺疾病

摘要
Derlin是内质网膜上的四次跨膜蛋白，近年来已经发现其三个成员，即Derlin-1，Derlin-2和Derlin-3。 Derlin在内质网相关性降解信号通路中与其它蛋白相互作用，参与错误折叠蛋白的降解过程，其表 达异常在许多疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用，其中在肺疾病发病过程中的作用正日益受到重视。

Abstract
Derlin was a protein of four times across membrane on the endoplasmic reticulum membrane, threre are 3 family members: Derlin -1, Derlin-2 and Derlin-3. Derlin in endoplasmic reticulum can interact with other proteins in the endoplasmic associated degradation pathway and involve in the degradation process of misfolded protein. Recent studies suggest that the abnormal expression of Derlin is invovled in the occurrence and development of many diseases, and its role in the process of lung disease is also paid more and more attention.
