微小RNA在糖尿病肾病发病机制及治疗中的研究进展

摘要
微小RNA(microRNAs，miRNA)可在转录后水平调控基因表达。最新研究表明miRNA与糖尿病肾 病肾纤维化、足细胞损伤、系膜增生、微血管病变等密切相关，在糖尿病肾病的发病中可能起着 必不可少的作用。深入研究miRNA可能为糖尿病肾病的诊断和治疗带来全新的方法。

Abstract
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) can regulate the expression of gene in the post transcription. Recently, studies demonstrate that miRNA is closely related to renal fibrosis, podocyte injury, mesangial proliferation, and vascular lesions in diabetic nephropathy. MiRNA may play an essential role in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. Further study on miRNA may bring new methods for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
