Abstract
T cell function disorder, especially abnormal activated CD4+T helper cells, plays a central role in the occurrence and development of RA. The imbalance betweenTh1/Th2 cells and Th17/Treg cells in CD4+T cell subsets may be the most direct and important factors in the pathogenesis of RA. Th cell related cytokines by acting on a variety of cells and regulate each other to form a complex network, Th1 and Th17 cells through the production of inflammatory cytokines IFN, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-1, IL-17 etc. caused the happening of synovitis, Th2 and Treg cells by direct contact or the secretion of cytokines IL-4, IL-10 participate in inflammation effect. In this paper, we will briefly review the research progress of Th cells and related cytokines of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory balance in RA.
