葡萄中白藜芦醇对肿瘤防治作用的研究进展

摘要
白藜芦醇是一种大量存在于葡萄中的多酚化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗心血管疾病和调节免疫等作用。文章总结了白藜芦醇对不同类型肿瘤细胞的抑制作用,阐述了其主要通过抑制癌细胞的增殖、促进细胞凋亡、降低肿瘤细胞的侵袭能力和增强放射治疗敏感性等途径抗癌,并从分子水平阐明其作用的分子靶点及分子机制,最后对白藜芦醇的抗癌机制和其对健康、医疗、经济的贡献作了展望。

Recent advance in the study on prevention and treatment for cancer by resveratrol in grape

Abstract
Resveratrol is a polyphenol compound, at high level in grapes in particular. Resveratrol can exert the effects of antitumor, anti-cardiovascular disease, regulation of immunity, etc. This article summarized the antitumor effect and the molecular targets of resveratrol and the underlying mechanisms, including inhibition of proliferation, promotion of apoptosis, decrease of invasion ability and enhancement of radiotherapy sensitivity for tumor cells. Furthermore, we provided an outlook regarding the beneficial effects of resveratrol on human health, medical care, and economy.
