高迁移率族蛋白B1在神经病理性疼痛中的研究进展

摘要
高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group protein B1，HMGB1)是一组高度保守的非组蛋白染色体结合蛋白，几乎存在于所有真核细胞中。在生理状态下，HMGB1发挥着结合细胞核蛋白的作用，一旦释放进入细胞间隙，则表现出炎性因子的作用。一直以来，HMGB1因在各种急慢性炎症中的作用而备受关注，近年的研究表明HMGB1在神经病理性疼痛的发生和发展中也发挥着重要的作用。

Abstract
High mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) is a group of highly conserved non-histone chromosomal binding protein, which exists in almost all the eukaryotic cells. Under physiological conditions, HMGB1 not only plays a role in nuclear protein binding, but also plays a role in inflammation when it releases to the intercellular space. For a long time, great attention has been paid to the role of HMGB1 in various kinds of acute or chronic inflammation. Recent studies have been shown that HMGB1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of neuropathic pain.
