摘要
中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)损伤是现代社会的高致残率疾病之一,长期以来人们普遍认为CNS一旦损伤则无法再生。近年来表皮生长因子及其受体在CNS损伤和修复中的作用越来越受到重视,并有研究发现它们通过炎症反应、活性氧生成、瘢痕形成、髓鞘脱失和神经元修复等多个因素在CNS损伤和修复中发挥重要作用。

Abstract
Central nervous system (CNS) injury is a disease with high disability in modern society, and it is widely believed for quite a long time that CNS cannot regenerate once injured. Recently, epidermal growth factor and its receptor have been reported to play an important role in both CNS injury and restoration through multiple mechanisms including inflammation response, reactive oxygen production, glial scar formation, myelinoclasis and neuron repair.
