HIF-1表达在肿瘤生长及演进中的作用

摘要
恶性肿瘤细胞异常增殖的代谢模式,引起氧供应失衡,形成特异性肿瘤缺氧微环境。缺氧通过活化缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia induced factor-1,HIF-1)发挥功能,肿瘤细胞中过表达的HIF-1在多种恶性肿瘤生长、演进及放射治疗和化学治疗抵抗中起到关键作用。

Abstract
Abnormally accelerated proliferation and metabolism are typical characteristics of malignant tumor cells, which lead to an imbalance between oxygen supply and oxygen consumption in a solid tumour and formation of tumor-specific microenvironment—hypoxia. Hypoxia exerts many effects through activation of a transcription factor—hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1). Overexpression of HIF-1 contributes to cancer development, progression, resistance to chemo as well as radiation therapy.
