MST1生物学作用及信号调控研究进展

摘要
哺乳动物不育系20样激酶1(mammalian sterile 20-like kinase 1,MST1)是酵母Ste20激酶在哺乳动物体内的同源蛋白,随着其作为Hippo抑制通路的核心组件在果蝇体内的重新定义,MST1得到了广泛的研究。MST1在调节胚胎生长发育、细胞迁移和分化、维护免疫系统稳定、促进细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞生长等多种生理活动中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了MST1的基本结构、生理功能、信号调控及其与人体疾病的关系。

Abstract
The 20 like kinase 1 (MST1) of the mammalian male sterile line is a kind of homologous protein of yeast Ste20 kinase in mammals, and MST1 has been extensively studied as the core component of the Hippo inhibitory pathway in Drosophila. MST1 plays an important role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell migration and differentiation, maintenance of immune system stability, promoting cell apoptosis and inhibiting tumor cell growth and other physiological activities. Here, we review the basic structure, physiological function, signal regulation and the relationship between MST1 and human diseases.
