摘要

CD4+ T辅助细胞包括T辅助细胞1型(Th1)、Th2、Th17和Treg等。Th2细胞在变应性疾病中的重要免疫作用一直得到了较广泛认可。IL-9也一直被视为一种Th2型细胞因子，在变态反应中贡献突出。最近的研究发现了一种独特的产IL-9的CD4+ T辅助细胞，这种新型亚群被命名为Th9细胞亚群，其在变应性鼻炎中的作用研究还很少，本文将就Th9细胞以及其产生的特异性细胞因子IL-9在变应性鼻炎中的研究进展做以阐述。

Abstract

CD4+ T helper cells included T helper type 1 (Th1), Th2, Th17 and Treg cell subset. Th2 cells have been identified to play a vital role in the immune response of the allergic diseases. IL-9 had always been regarded as a Th2 type cytokines and had an important contribution in allergy. Recent data suggest in the body it exists a unique IL-9-producing new CD4+ T helper cell subsets, named Th9 cells subsets, but the contribution of Th9 cells in allergic rhinitis is poor understood. In this paper, we describe the research progress of Th9 cells and their specific cytokine IL-9 in allergic rhinitis.
