RRAD在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要
目的:研究RRAD (Ras-related associated with diabetes)在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2013年1月至2014年1月期间芜湖市第二人民医院乳腺外科收治的74例乳腺癌患者(其中均为女性患者,年龄在25~65岁之间)经临床手术切除的乳腺癌组织,采用Real-time PCR和Western blot法检测乳腺癌组织中的RRAD表达水平,并分析其与年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移等临床指标间的相关性。结果:RRAD表达水平随乳腺癌TNM分期增加而升高(P<0.05);RRAD表达与年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),RRAD表达与肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:RRAD在乳腺癌组织中高表达,与肿瘤的进展密切相关,RRAD很可能是乳腺癌防治的一个重要靶点。

Abstract
Objective: To study the expression of Ras-related associated with diabetes (RRAD) and its clinical significance in breast cancer. Methods: RRAD expression was tested with Real-time PCR and Western blot in 74 cases of breast cancer patients’ (which were female patients with age from 25 to 65 years) tissues, which were treated in Department of Breast Surgery of the Wuhu No.2 People’s Hospital from Jan 2013 to Jan 2014. The correlation between RRAD expression and age, tumor size, tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis clinical parameters were evaluated. Results: RRAD expression levels were increased with the TNM staging of breast cancer rises (P<0.05); the difference between RRAD expression and age was not statistically significant (P>0.05), RRAD was positively correlated with tumor size, tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion: RRAD is over expressed in breast cancer tissues and closely related to tumor progression, RRAD is possibly an important target for the prevention and control of breast cancer.
