Abstract
Circadian clock is a physiological mechanism of the organism that has the function of self-regulatory and synchronizes with day-and-night alteration. Circadian clock is also a process of physiological activity that controls the rhythmicity of mammals through internal circadian clock genes. Circadian clock gene disorder is closely related the tumorigenesis of liver cancer. Understanding the role of circadian clock genes in liver metabolism and hepatocarcinogenesis will help to provide new research directions and ideas in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of liver cancer.
