摘要

Fas死亡结构域相关蛋白(Fas death domain-associated protein) DAXX是一种高度保守的核蛋白,广泛 分布于核质、核仁、胞浆、异染色质和早幼粒细胞白血病蛋白核体(PML-NBs)等亚细胞区域,在 细胞凋亡和转录调控中发挥重要作用。DAXX功能的调控涉及一系列的翻译后修饰,包括泛素化修 饰、类泛素样蛋白修饰、磷酸化修饰,通过修饰,可引起DAXX在各亚细胞区域间的转位,也可引 起DAXX参与的生理功能的改变。本文对DAXX此方面的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract

Fas death domain-associated protein DAXX, a highly conserved and multifunctional protein that is widely distributed in the nucleoplasm, nucleolus, cytoplasm, heterochromatin, promyelocytic leukemia nuclear bodies (PML-NBs) and other subcellular localization, plays an important role in the regulation of transcription and apoptosis. This regulation of DAXX involves a series of post-translational modifications, including ubiquitination, ubiquitin-like protein modification and phosphorylation, through modification, causing the translocation of DAXX among subcellular regions and the changes of physiological functions. This review will provide a summary for post-translational modifications of DAXX.
