摘要
黏蛋白13(mucin13,MUC13)编码一种高分子质量跨膜糖蛋白,主要表达于胃肠道和呼吸道上皮细胞,对黏膜上皮起保护和润滑的作用。MUC13通过多条信号通路促进细胞增殖和迁移,抑制细胞凋亡,降低黏附,不仅参与炎症的调节,而且在肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。MUC13在肿瘤中的作用受到越来越多的关注,有望成为肿瘤早期诊断和治疗的靶点。

Abstract
Mucin13 (MUC13), a high-molecular-weight transmembrane glycoprotein, is mainly expressed in the epithelial cells of gastrointestinal and respiratory tract and provides protection and lubrication for mucous epithelium. MUC13 is involved in many pathological processes via multiple signaling pathways, such as promoting cell proliferation and metastasis, inhibiting cell apoptosis, reducing cell adhesion and so on. MUC13 not only takes part in the regulation of inflammation, but also plays an important role in the development of tumors. The role of MUC13 in tumors is attracting more and more attention, and it is expected to be a target for early diagnosis and therapy of tumors.
