摘要

目的:探究基于信息–动机–行为技巧(information-motivation-behavioral skills,IMB)模型的认知行为护理对青光眼患者心理状况的影响。方法:选择2019年9月至2021年9月于六安市人民医院行青光眼术的98例患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=49)与对照组(n=49)。对照组接受常规护理,研究组基于对照组接受以IMB模型为基础的认知行为干预。出院前,对比两组抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)、自我护理能力测定量表(Exercise of Self-Care Agency,ESCA)、焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分及护理满意度、眼压控制时间。结果:护理后,研究组SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组,且两组均低于护理前(均P<0.05);护理后,研究组青光眼知识、依从性、责任感、技能评分明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组护理满意度、眼压干预时间明显高/短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于IMB模型的认知行为护理应用于青光眼患者可明显改善其心理状况,提高自我护理能力,同时还可缩短眼压控制时间,值得临床推广。

Effect of cognitive behavioral nursing based on information–motivation–behavioral skills model on psychological status of glaucoma patients

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing based on information–motivation–behavioral skills (IMB) model on the psychological status of glaucoma patients. Methods: A total of 98 patients who underwent glaucoma surgery in Lu’an People’s Hospital of Anhui Province from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as research subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a study group and a control group, each with 49 cases. The control group received routine care, and the study group received cognitive behavioral care based on the IMB model on the basis of the control group. Before discharge, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Exercise of Self-Care Agency (ESCA) score, intervention time of intraocular pressure, and nursing satisfaction of the 2 groups were compared. Results: After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and both groups were lower than those before nursing (all P<0.05); the scores of glaucoma knowledge, compliance, responsibility and skills in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05); nursing satisfaction and intraocular pressure intervention time in the study group were significantly higher/shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of cognitive-behavioral nursing based on the IMB model to glaucoma patients can significantly improve their psychological status, improve self-care ability, and shorten the time of intraocular pressure control, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
