全肘关节置换术的研究进展

摘要
肘关节是一个复杂的关节，在其功能受损时，会导致严重的残疾，而在导致残疾的肘关节疾病治疗中，全肘关节置换术(total elbow arthroplasty，TEA)目的是提供一个稳定、无痛、功能良好的肘关节。随着对肘关节解剖和生物力学认识的深入、假体设计的改进和手术技术的完善，TEA已经广泛应用于治疗复杂的肱骨远端粉碎性骨折，严重的类风湿关节炎，创伤性关节炎以及肘部肿瘤切除后的功能重建。本文就全肘关节置换术的历史进展、适应证、禁忌证、手术技术及疗效进行综述。

Abstract
The elbow joint is a complex joint, which, when impaired in function, leads to severe disability, and disability in the treatment of diseases leading to the elbow, the purpose of total elbow arthroplasty (TEA) is to provide a stable, painless elbow joint with good functions. With the elbow anatomy and biomechanics in-depth understanding, improvement of prosthesis design and surgical technique, TEA has been widely used in the treatment of complex distal humeral comminuted fractures, severe rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis and functional reconstruction of the elbow after tumor resection. In this paper, the history of total elbow arthroplasty, indications, contraindications, surgical techniques and efficacy were reviewed.
