摘要

3型固有淋巴样细胞(type 3 innate lymphoid cells,ILC3s)多见于胃肠道固有层、皮肤黏膜、肺等处,是肠道黏膜屏障固有免疫的关键细胞之一,具有连接固有免疫与适应性免疫,调节肠道黏膜免疫和维持肠稳态的重要作用。ILC3s在肠道受到微生物、神经递质、昼夜节律、饮食及代谢产物等的调节,参与肠道感染、肿瘤及自身免疫性疾病等的发病过程,为进一步研究ILC3s在肠道疾病中的作用机制及可能的治疗靶点奠定了基础。

Abstract

Type 3 innate lymphoid cells (ILC3s) are mostly located in the skin mucosa, lungs, gastrointestinal lamina propria, etc., and are one of the key cells for the inherent immunity of the mucosal barrier. It has an important role in connecting innate immunity with adaptive immunity, regulating mucosal immunity, and maintaining intestinal homeostasis. ILC3s are regulated by microorganisms, neurotransmitters, circadian rhythms, diet and metabolites in the gut, and are involved in the pathogenesis of infections, tumors and autoimmune diseases. Mechanism of action and possible therapeutic targets laid the foundation for further research.
