摘要

胃饥饿素(Ghrelin)是一种含有28个氨基酸残基的多肽,是生长激素促分泌素受体的特异性配体。Ghrelin参与控制食欲和能量平衡,调节碳水化合物和脂质代谢、细胞增殖和凋亡,还可以参与胃肠道、支气管、肺和免疫系统的功能调节。近年来研究发现Ghrelin可以通过抗心肌细胞凋亡、调节自噬、抗炎、抗心肌纤维化、调节自主神经系统及血管保护等方面发挥对心血管系统的保护作用。

Abstract

Ghrelin, a polypeptide with 28 amino acid residues, is a specific ligand of growth hormone secretagogue receptor. Ghrelin is involved in controlling appetite and energy balance, regulating carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, cell proliferation and apoptosis, and regulating the function of gastrointestinal tract, bronchus, lung, and immune system. In recent years, it has been found that Ghrelin can protect cardiovascular system through anti-cardiomyocyte apoptosis, regulation of autophagy, anti-inflammation, anti-myocardial fibrosis, regulation of autonomic nervous system, and vascular protection.
