麻醉深度监测对预防术中知晓的研究进展

摘要
术中知晓可引起严重的情感和精神健康问题，影响患者的生活质量。维持合理的麻醉深度已被证明能够降低术中知晓的发生率。现在，国内外有很多对麻醉深度检测的方法，其中各有优劣。本文将对现有的临床常用麻醉深度监测技术进行评价和讨论，并探索优化麻醉深度监测技术，从而为避免术中知晓的发生提供理论依据。

Abstract
Intraoperative awareness can cause severe emotional and psychological health problems, affecting human’s quality of life. Maintaining appropriate anesthetic depth has been proved to reduce the incidence rate of intraoperative awareness. Recently there are many methods of monitoring the depth of anesthesia in China and abroad, which have their own advantages and disadvantages. This article evaluated the widely used methods of monitoring the depth of anesthesia in clinical to explore a better intraoperative anesthetic depth detection technology, in order to provide clinical evidence of preventing intraoperative awareness.
