宫腔镜微创手术对于子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘要
目的：探讨宫腔镜微创手术对于子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法：选取本院妇产科2013年1月至2013年12月收治的98例体外受精–胚胎移植失败的患者，进行宫腔镜下活检以及微创手术，观察术后月经第5、10、15天的平均子宫内膜厚、整合素β3以及HOXA10表达情况以及术后ER以及PR的累计阳性率情况。结果：98例患者微创术后月经第5、10、15天的平均子宫内膜厚分别(7.5±1.3)、(12.3±2.3)、(14.5±3.2) mm，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后月经第5、10、15天整合素β3以及HOXA10表达显著上升，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后ER以及PR的累计阳性率相比于术前显著上升，并随着时间呈现出上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论：宫腔镜下微创手术治疗能显著改善子宫内膜术后容受性，有利于体外受精–胚胎移植术的成功。

Influence of endometrium minimally invasive surgery by hysteroscopy on endometrial receptivity

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influence of endometrium minimally invasive surgery by hysteroscopy on endometrial receptivity. Methods: Selected 98 cases who couldn’t underwent the IVF-ET from January 2013 to December 2013 in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our Hospital, conducted the endometrium minimally invasive surgery by hysteroscopy; the average endometrial thickness, the integrin beta 3, HOXA10 and the cumulative positive proportion of ER and PR were examined on the 5th, 10th and 15th day after menstruation. Results: The average endometrial thickness of 5th, 10th and 15th day after menstruation were (7.5±1.3), (12.3±2.3), (14.5±3.2) mm (P<0.05); the integrin beta 3 and HOXA10 were higher compared with the preoperative level (P<0.05); compared with the preoperative level, the cumulative positive proportion of ER and PR were higher and also showed a rising trend. Conclusion: Endometrium minimally invasive surgery by hysteroscopy can better the endometrial receptivity, which is sufficient for IVF-ET.
