甲状腺自身免疫与女性妊娠失败的关系

摘要
甲状腺自身免疫是女性最常见的自身免疫紊乱之一，影响5%～20%的育龄妇女，与女性不孕和妊娠丢失存在相关性，其病理生理机制可能包括甲状腺依赖性和非甲状腺依赖性。了解甲状腺自身免疫与女性生殖失败相关性的病理生理机制，可以指导临床对不孕妇女、准备妊娠和妊娠期妇女进行甲状腺功能和甲状腺自身免疫的筛查，为妊娠失败提供新的诊治思路。

Abstract
Thyroid autoimmunity (TAI) is one of the most common autoimmune disorders, which affects 5%-20% of reproductive women and is associated with female infertility and pregnancy loss. The underlying mechanisms for these phenomenon might be thyroid dependent or independent. Better understanding of the correlation between TAI and pregnancy may provide clinical guidance for screening of thyroid function and autoimmunity in patients with infertility as well as in women before and during pregnancy, and give fresh thought to clinical diagnosis and treatment for pregnancy failure.
