大疱性类天疱疮合并肺癌2例及文献复习

摘要
目的：探讨大疱性类天疱疮常合并的肿瘤及其预防筛查。方法：分析2例大疱性类天疱疮的住院患 者，结合诊治，实验室检查，病理及进一步发现，进行文献讨论。结果：2例患者均因大疱性类天 疱疮入院，入院后发现血象及肿瘤标记物均偏高，中等量激素控制皮损不理想，进一步检查均发 现患有肺癌。结论：大疱性类天疱疮常合并其他系统疾病，近些年关于大疱性类天疱疮与肿瘤并 存的报道越来越多，提醒我们要警惕大疱性类天疱疮的患者，尽早做出肿瘤标记物的筛查，做到 早期预防。

2 cases of bollous pemphigoid accompanied by lung cancer

Abstract
Objective: To explore the tumor bollous pemphigoid is accompanied with tumor and the preventive screening. Methods: Analyzing the information on 2 patients of BP of diagnose, therapy, lab tests, pathology and further examinations, reviewing the literature and discussing. Results: Two patients were admitted to hospital because of Bullous pemphigoid. WBC and tumor markers were found above the normal range during the hospitalisation, and medium steroids for the lesion couldn’t get satisfying effect. Then lung cancer was found with further examinations. Conclusions: Bullous pemphigoid is always accompanied by other diseases. There has been more and more cases of bullous pemphigoid accompanied by cancer reported. Therefore, we need to screen the tumor maker to make a early diagnose when encountered with patients of bullous pemphigoid.
