Daxx在细胞凋亡中的研究进展

摘要
Fas死亡结构域相关蛋白(Fas death domain-associated protein，Daxx)是一种高度保守核蛋白,能与Fas死亡结构域结合，激活Jun氨基端激酶通路促细胞凋亡，在某些情况下Daxx也具有抗凋亡作用。Daxx在细胞凋亡中起着最重要的作用，这将为某些疾病的发病机制研究提供一定的理论与实践基础。

Abstract
As a highly conserved nuclear protein, Fas death domain-associated protein (Daxx) can activate the Jun-N- terminal kinase (JNK) pathway by binding to Fas death domain. In some cases, Daxx also has anti-apoptosis capacity. Daxx plays a significant role in apoptosis, which may lay a theoretical base for pathogenesis of some diseases.
