ALK 和EGFR 蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

摘要
目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small-cell lung cancer, NSCLC) 组织中间变性淋巴瘤激酶(anaplasticlymphoma kinase, ALK) 和表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR) 蛋白的表达情况, 并分析其临床及病理意义。目的:采用免疫组织化学Elivison 法检测100 例NSCLC 患者的手术切除标本中ALK 和EGFR 蛋白的表达。结果:ALK 蛋白阳性表达率为14%, 在病理类型、吸烟史及肿瘤分化程度之间阳性表达率有显著性差异, 而在年龄、性别、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移之间无显著性差异;EGFR 蛋白在NSCLC 中的阳性表达率为53%, 在性别及有无淋巴结转移之间阳性表达率有显著性差异, 而在年龄、病理类型、肿瘤分化程度、吸烟史及临床分期之间无显著性差异。结论:ALK 和EGFR 蛋白在NSCLC 中有过度表达, 可能与NSCLC 的发生、发展过程相关。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the expression of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the clinical significance. Methods: The expression of ALK and EGFR protein in 100 samples from NSCLC were detected by Elivison immunohistochemical (IHC) staining. Results: The positive expression rate of ALK protein was 14%, which was correlated with the histological type, smoking history and the degree of tumor differentiation but not with age, sex, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. The positive expression rate of EGFR protein was 53%, which was correlated with sex and lymph node metastasis but not with age, histological type, the degree of tumor differentiation, smoking history and clinical stage. Conclusion: The overexpression of ALK and EGFR protein may be correlated with the occurrence and development process of NSCLC.
