摘要
病毒性心肌炎是一种发病率非常高的疾病,多种病毒(如柯萨奇病毒、巨细胞病毒、脑心肌炎病毒和单纯疱疹病毒等)感染均可能引发心肌炎。研究病毒性心肌炎的细胞(原代Sprague Dawley大鼠心肌细胞、原代Sprague Dawley大鼠心肌成纤维细胞、人脐静脉内皮细胞)模型和动物(小鼠、猪、狒狒等)模型的特点,可以更好地认识该疾病的发生、发展过程。

Progress in the study on models for viral myocarditis

Abstract
Viral myocarditis is a disease with high incidence. Various virus (such as coxsackie virus, cytomegalovirus, encephalomyocarditis virus, etc) can cause viral myocarditis. So far, many models including cell models(such as primary rat myocardial cells, primary rat fibroblasts, human umbilical vein endothelial cells, et al) and animal () models (such as mice, pig, baboon, etc.) have been developed, which may help us to understand the occurrence and progress for viral myocarditis.
