摘要

目的:分析克罗恩病患者病耻感现状及影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查问卷、社会影响量表和自尊量表对151例克罗恩病患者进行调查。结果:克罗恩病患者病耻感总分为61.68±13.59,条目分为2.57±0.57。多重逐步回归分析显示克罗恩病患者自尊水平、家庭收入、年龄、职业和是否带造口是影响其病耻感的重要因素,可解释总体变异的32.4%。结论:克罗恩病患者病耻感处于中等水平,临床护理中应关注患者的自尊、家庭收入、年龄、职业和是否造口,以减轻克罗恩病患者的病耻感程度。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the status and influencing factors of stigma in patients with Crohn’s disease. Methods: A total of 151 Crohn’s disease patients were investigated with the general information questionnaire, Social Impact Scale and the Self-Esteem Scale. Results: The total score on stigma in patients with Crohn’s disease was 61.68±13.59, and the score of items was 2.57±0.57. The multivariate regression analysis results showed that self-esteem level, family income, age, occupation and whether or not to have a stoma were the influencing factors of stigma of Crohn’s disease, which could explain 32.4% of the total variation. Conclusion: The stigma of patients with Crohn’s disease is at a moderate level, and clinical care should pay attention to the patient’s self-esteem, family income, age, occupation, and whether or not to have a stoma to reduce the degree of stigma in patients with Crohn’s disease.
