帕金森病患者非运动症状的研究进展

摘要
帕金森病(Parkinson’s Disease，PD)除了典型的运动症状，非运动症状主要包括嗅觉障碍、睡眠障碍、神经精神症状和自主神经功能症状等，也给患者带来了严重影响。非运动症状机制复杂、发病时间不一、种类繁多。阐明非运动症状的病理生理机制、早期识别并治疗这些非运动症状有益于早期预防、早期诊断和及时治疗PD。

Abstract
Except for motor symptoms, non-motor symptoms (NMS), such as olfactory, sleep, neuropsychiatric autonomic dysfunctions, also have a great impact on the life of Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients. The neuropathobiology mechanism of NMS is unclear up to now, the onset time of NMS are differ with a complicated classification. Clarify the pathophysiology, recognizing and treating NMS will facilitate early diagnosis and provide more effective preventive and therapeutic options of this devastating disease.
