胰胃吻合术的应用及研究进展

摘要
目的：总结胰胃吻合术(pancreaticogastrostomy，PG)在临床的应用及并发症。方法：系统回顾国内外有关PG的文献，了解PG的定义、应用背景及相关实验研究，对PG的临床应用及并发症的研究作一综述。结果：由于研究对象的差异、术者的经验及习惯、样本量的大小、研究方法的不同及其他诸多因素，导致不同文献对于PG的优劣评价不尽相同。结论：目前大部分临床实验研究的结果显示PG优于胰肠吻合(pancreticojejunostomy，PJ)，尤其在预防PD术后胰瘘的发生上，胰胃吻合有其独特的优点。PG术的安全性、易行性及其他优越性已经被越来越多临床医生所认可。

Abstract
Objective: To summarize the clinical application of pancreaticogastrostomy (PG) and its complications. Methods: Reviewed the literatures at home and abroad about PG method systematically, including the definition, application background, relevant experimental study, the clinical application and complications.
Results: Literatures gave different evaluations of PG due to the differences in research objects, the operator’s experience and habits, the size of the sample, research methods and other factors. Conclusion: Most clinical trials research results show that PG has its unique advantages compared with pancreticojejunostomy (PJ), especially in the prevention of postoperative pancreatic fistula pancreaticoduodenectomy. PG’s safety, easy operation, and other advantages have been recognized by more and more clinical doctors.
